Ordering

To place an order, simply use the online store on this website, but once you reach the HSBC screens for credit card payment do not proceed any further.

As long as you enter the email address that we have on record for your account, we will identify the order as being from you and will invoice you for the goods once these ship.

• If you want us to drop ship individual recorders to your end customers, enter a separate order for each one with the customer's address but your email address.
• If you want us to ship stock to you, order the required quantity and enter your postal address as well as your email address.

We will confirm your order via email within 48 hours and aim to ship within five working days - normally sooner.
